Fluke, but go for the T120 rather than the T100.

I have both,bought the DiLog as the leds on the fluke are a bit hard to see in bright light due to the tinted cover,DiLog also beeps on both volts and continuity but you can tell which is which as its a warbling beep on volts

Got the Fluke T100 - basic and does the job. Marginally cheaper from isswww.co.uk

Neither!! Buy a voltage tester that Shows the voltage being measured!! LED indicators don't cut it for me!!!

Fluke for me, but as pointed out the T120 also displays the voltage.
