Hi all.

After running my own company I am now employed by a company that I'm beginning to have my doubts about. Prices seem very high- 10,000 for a 1.5/2kwp install (with disounts) and no-one really knows what constitutes a good system, knowledge of regulations is sketchy at best and although I dont know too much about it I'm starting to think that the sales techniques are shoddy too. I'm trying to point out things that are wrong (only been there a month) but I'm thinking most of it will be ignored.
I'm actively looking for another job and dont want to be there too long but I can sense that something is gonna stop me from biting my tongue fairly soon.
Started typing knowing what I was gonna say, but it seem to have disappeared out of my head!
I guess I'm asking for advice on whats the best thing to do.
I've not been put in a postion where I have to choose between my conscience and having a job yet - I suppose that would make it clearer but I think it's coming, although one of the blokes there said that "you do something small that you dont agree with and then you get used to it" which I found sad and scary at the same time.

Cheers

Yes and that something small escalates like a bad habit! That's why we see all the bodging going on these days I think people haven't a clue about what's right and wrong any more! I wired up some air con units the other day for one of our large coustomers and blew the whistle straight away looked like a two year old ran the tray and they had layed the pipe work straight accross a flat roof about 12m! Good luck trust your gut feeling and don't get sucked in to bad habits!

You've gotta do what you feel is right, I'm there too at the moment, do you really report shoddy workship or do you let it go???? I dunno personally
