I have been asked to subcontract to a solar pv firm in yorkshire when I have spare time, and will probably do so, but does anyone know who would be responsible for submitting appendix 3 to the DNO?
Obviously I would be responsible for issuing the EIC and the PV test report but would I then pass these onto the firm i'm subcontracting to and they then submit them along with appendix 3 to the DNO or would I be responsible as the spark?
In short.. is the MCS certificated company responsible or the spark?
