Just when im getting back on my feet for the second time yet again we're faced with another rush on again ahhhhh!!

If its the girlfriend all is good, if it the wife trust me its a different story, if you are dissapearing from the wife to meet the girlfriend then,, woohoo

Thankfully theres no deadline in that sence! Im talking about this EPC which is coming in to play on 31 march so i beleive

Yes, lots of installs to be done, I see the figures being a bit higher but probably around the 5,000 mark in the last week not the 20,800 in the last week upto march 3rd. A lot of the investment funds are worried about loosing stock on this one, I think the domestic market have near had enough and only a few are going to get into the last fight, well, until June that is.

June?? Have i missed somthink i thought the rate was to go down again july?

No rush here either and the last two deadlines were manic, I wish we had more work but there is a touch of relief that we aren't worrying constantly about the weather and working 7 day weeks.

Totally fed up with feast/famine scenario -If we can make the figures stack up from July I think it will settle down after that. A cut from 13.6 to 12.9p in october isn't going to generate a huge rush in October but I do think we'll be completely dead over the winter.

We've pulled in 3 jobs in the last week but I feel really uncomfortable because we've had to ask them all to waive their 7 day cooling off. I'm beginning to feel like a double glazing salesman. Having said that these are the only 3 calls we've had in the last 3 weeks and we managed to convert them all so I'm thinking that it's not something that we're doing it's just the uncertainty in the market that's stopping the calls.

We had our first call for post 1/4 yesterday. House built in 2005 with natural gas - couldn't believe it! Maybe there is some hope.

We're planning to do more local agricultural shows and energy fairs this year.

nuffink since feb, but busy on other things and taking a holiday before end April so not actually actively chasing business.
2 installs on my culdesac who didn't ask me for a quote which is a bit frustrating. Maybe they didn't know I'm here (no van sign writing) so may have to look at my web optimisation. Not great looking installs either!

We did our sign writing ourselves with buildasign.co.uk fraction of the price we were being quoted anywhere else and everyone comments on how good it looks. £88 + vat if I remember right.

We've missed a few local installs because we're tucked away where peeps can't see us - I'm thinking about putting out an A board every day for people passing by.
