Why don’t I do a bit of DIY, simple if I reach up my back locks up and I go dizzy. It’s why I retired myself!
So the job!
It’s a flat so no access from above. There is a coving around all wall / ceilings. I don’t know if the cabling is run in that, it would make sense for it to be. To be honest I’ve never had a reason to find out, so I don’t know.
So the question is:
I want two or three picture down lights installed, switched from the normal switch position. All surface finishing to be made good. Certificates to be issued to relevant statutes.
Yes I could do it on my own, and better I think, but I’d be knackered, and as the regs stand I would be in the wrong
I will give a hand as and when I can.
PS you’ll have to put up with a GRUMPY OLD GIT providing snap and grog.
