i was surprised when i read some new from Monte Negro who say lightning damage mosque even if the are protected by lightning protection..as you see on the pictures there its lightning protection..any one have any idea why its the pillar its damage in the middle..

It looks like there is a square section in the centre of the column.
If that square section is made of steel it makes sense that the lightning has taken that route because it was an easier path than down the lightning conductor.
 


I've seen exactly the same type of damage where the conventional Franklin method has been installed. You need to find out who these authors are actually working for or accredited too. I have experience of installing both types of LP systems and they both work equally to the same degree. The design of the system is the crucial aspect to both systems!!

Without having detailed knowledge of the OP's installation we can only guess the cause. Having said that you never have an air conductor floating in air, they should always be tied to the structure. why they have taken the air conductor past the fixed metal feature to the very top of the spire i haven't a clue. The air conductor should have been connected to the base of the metal spire feature. Who knows what the Ra value of the LP systems ground conductor(s) is, or even if it's connected at all. Unfortunately Middle Eastern Engineering skills aren't always what they should be!!
