3 phase house wired over head was tt but the previous sparky made it pme there are some old earth cables going down the pole ( the pole is about a foot from the house) . can i leave these in situ ar do i have to remove them . been told that you should only have 1 type of earthing ,but why surely as much as possible ?

i would tread carefully!! firstly contact the DNO and check what connection the property has..! secondly inform them that the supply has been interfered with and requires DNO assistance as it may potentially be dangerous!

if its over head and has NO correct PME connection REVERT TO TT...!!
