will this cable work

Hi all, Is it possibe to use BS7870 Cable for use from supply directly to a machine?

Also is it is 95mm would i be right in thinking it doesnt come in below 4 cores?

Thanks for the reply, ITs a printing press, its about 80 - 100 metres, 125 amp.

By location i meant what type of enviroment was the m/c located in ,ie is it wet,is it hazardous ,is it dusty,
i don,t think the cable is suitable i would be looking at bs 5467/6724 .Size 95mm could be ok but you don,t mention how the cable is to be installed (grouping factors /method of installation ).Can you terminate a SWA cable directly into m/c, what about local isolation ,where is it to be fed from ?.
Not trying to be awkward but to spec. a cable you need to know every detail.Personally i would fit a 150a isolator adj.the m/c install SWA cable to isolator and probally something more flexable from isol. to m/c

Hi benji, Its in a nice clean factory, would of course be putting it on an isolator, but finding out the cable is 3 core its actually definatly no good to me.
