Got a laptop with i7-7700hq with gtx 1050.
Do you think it will still be working well with the upcoming windows 11?

There is a beta version of Windows 11 out if you are registered on the microsoft insider programShould do. Anything i7 should be good enough. Is it running 10 just now?
good timing actually.
My dad got a notification to tell him to “click heer to” update to 11….. I told him not to…. Message was likely a hoax. 11 isn’t out yet.

Microsoft did have a tool for determining whether a PC is suitable for W11, but they had to remove it, as it was "condemning" far too many PCs.
Something to do with whether your PC has version 2 of the Trusted Platform Module chip.
I'm sure the tool will be updated soon...
