Hi all, looking for some advice........my dad recently purchased a Lacanche cooker off ebay. Went to wire it up and it appears he had overlooked the fact that it is a commercial cooker and requires a 3 phase supply to power it. The question is, can it be wired up to a standard domestic supply safely??
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! thanks in advance.

Usually they can be connected either single phase or 3-phase. if connecting single phase all three lines are connected together. Is it new colour coded? if so you can't go wrong. Test it before connecting to mains though!
