hi all
got a question for you. I have been offered a job to rewire a converted fishing trawler, basically installing a bog standard lighting ring and power ring in the boat. Should i wire in t&e? or should i used swa?
Is there anything i should be aware of, i was told by a mate not to do it because of my insurance might not cover it.

cheers

Use to wire MOD landing craft, you need to wire to marine standards
e.g. marine cabling, IP 6X enclosures
Also yor earthing has to take into account electrostatic effect of steel hull
and salt water
