Hi alrite guys

I'm a 1st year apprentice struggling to get my head aroung wiring emergency lighting:confused: any advice would be much appreciated as i'm desperate! and they're not very approachable at work!

Is it litterally 2 switch wires an emergency switch feed off the load side of the key switch to feed the battery pack and a link from the load side of the key switch to the com of the switch to provide a loop in switch feed to operate the lights from the switch???

Ive drawn a picture of how i thing it should be wired. Any advice, comments or information would be gladly taken on board. Thanks for listening

depends if you want to switch off just the emergency lights or both emergency lights and normal light when you operate the key switch.
