I'm getting broad band put in soon because the wife (aka boss) bought me a top of the line lap top for Xmas as a hint for me to get it installed. It involves digging up the front garden so he can put in a cable thingy, boss not happy about that.

But what lumens of light?
Does it meet Building regulations?
Is it wired as two way switching?
Do you have an EIC for the light?
