Priced an extension 10 spots with led lamps
About 12 sockets, cooker,utility and wc spotlights and fan/isolator all new circuits what you would expect, new fuseboard new heating supply.
Didn't get the job someone else priced £600 labour £800 materials.
I said to the guy when they draw the £600 and still haven't finished give me a ring lol

Seems as though the materials and labour are the wrong way round. I can still get the materials cheaper than £600.
A days work for two sparks with a half day for someone to finish off , I&T and any snags and commission....

I worked for a company a few years ago and they were alot cheaper than that...They also had an I&T department !

My price was £1300 and for a new db additional £400 with a few alterations on exhisting house
