would you treat a metal clad shed same as a caravan

as above, mate of mine had a wooden shed fed with 10mm t&e through underground ducting, he wanted a bigger 1 and was going to make 1 out of wood then he informs me he as just bought a 12ft x 10ft metal clad shed lol, supply is tncs which i now have concerns with as every time i have been to his house there is always loads of kids in the garden think my only option here is to tt it, just out of curiosity would you treat a metal clad shed same as a caravan anyway i know its not portable but basically i look at it as a caravan without wheels lol, iv'e totally disconnected the old supply at the min, means now got a lot of messing to do as the original 10mm t&e is rcd protected, i don't know how deep or how this ducting is run so going to replace with swa put on mcb from main cu on non rcd, just waiting to find out what he is going to be using in there so i can do the calcs

i suppose no as its not classed as portable, iv'e actually rang elecsa to ask about exporting pme to the metal clad shed and they say its fine, done a lot of reading on exporting pme and people have very different opinions on it, just hope this doesn't start that debate again, ive got my tin hat on and got myself surrounded in sandbags ready for this 1 lol
