Hi, welcome to the forum. It sound like the forum login timed out on you mate, it's all the thinking time that's the problem. I'm sure it happened to all of us, persevere though it's worth it in the long run. Just remember in future to compose long posts in a word processor and copy & paste into the forum thread.
 
Whenever you type a lengthy post it is a good idea to copy it just incase this happens. Then you can just paste it back.Welcome to the forum btw.

That's what I do before I press 'submit'.
Wasn't the new autosave feature supposed to put an end to all of that?
