I like the way tt system is just randomly written on the cover. Great work

Having the PV system on the load side of other circuits' RCD protection is not good practice either! Is it that bank that keeps tripping by any chance?

Can't find any info on PEP but I would say the rogue component is the Wylex rcd which doesn't seem to sit correctly and probably replaced the original 60947-3 switch.

I agree with @suffolkspark that doesn't look like Wylex. The cover door looks too big, the embossed ON/OFF and CE mark is not a Wylex thing and the cover screws are off centre.
Yea I suspect its a PEP board (premium electrical products) with a 100ma wylex slung upfront, which is kinda correct given its TT as I see a lot of metal dual rcd boards on TT with no 100mA upfront, but I bet its not time delay, and obviously it's wrong brand. @OP PEP do do rcbos so that's probably going to be your route if your keeping that enclosure and get a PEP main switch back in it, can only see them on ebay from a quick look though

Not sure if that would be permitted as it’s a wylex enclosure?

It’s very annoying how Wylex keep changing all the parts so they are not backwards compatible every 5 years or so. It’s mainly why I don’t use them!
Don't think that's a Wylex enclosure. It's a PEP enclosure. Ive only ever seen one once and that was on EICR a few week back.. Funny enough that had a few mixed mcbs too.

Hager dual and single RCBO's do fit a Wylex board and any busbar with a 13mm dual or single pitch will fit in a straight line.

As per above from Dave. Swap to a 63A outlet and problem goes away. What gets plugged into it is not part of an inspection.
