I liked your comments mate. Rate is low for London but you want to see some guys up north. I know firms who pay 16-21 year olds 25 a day to chase walls and be a general dogs body, on the promise that they are learning. Its extreme and they get away with it.

Those firms should be named and shamed. They tend to be run by "bone heads" all making lots of money and spending it on tacky stuff for their family

To be honest, the rate is about the norm as far as I'm aware.
