Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me , I was trying to find the maximum Xs value for breakers 60947-2 and 60947-3 . Does anyone know we’re I can find this information ?

Best place would be to look up manufacturers information as they can vary.

As above . 60947-3 are just switches so do not protect from fault current. You need to know the manufacturer and make of the 60947-2 mccbs . Then go on the manufacturers web site . Where some have tables showing you the max Zs and other tech data
