Ze TNCS too high

Hi,

my father inlaw had the Scottish Power in on Friday to install anew supply to his new build, then the meter bloke came later in the afternoon. Went there today so I could get his 19 way DB installed and the place tested so I can have some peace tomorrow and Tuesday.

When I came to test the Ze it was .58ohms on a TNCS :evil:

both, as I did it the first time on no-trip setting (forgot to change it)

So how is it that if we put a new CU in we do a test sheet yet the DNO put a new head or supply and cannot supply a small sticker with 3 simple reading on it

I'd like to know how the Transco TOFO's cut all the main bonding off in the buildings I work in when they change the meter and don't tell any fooker ?

What voltage reading did you get? Have you tried a two wire test across Line and Neutral just to see what you get? Should be the same, if not is there a chance of a bad connection across the service head?

Not a just the voltage reading, but the PFC & PSCC should be around the same.
