Zs on lighting circuit

I know normally the Zs should be measured at the furthest point of a (new) radial circuit, but when adding a light (security light in this case) to an existing circuit is it just the Zs at the new fitting (or switch) that goes on the minor works cert or highest value for the whole circuit. Basically do you need to go around checking every fitting or just the new one?
