Zs tick sheet query

Hi I was just wondering if you guys can help with this I am unsure which box to tick for high zs reading plz help

You tick the box thats says "the following observations and recommendations are made" and then code it accordingly.

Section 5(final circuits) somewhere it says about presence and adequacy of CPC, id be coding that box. I'm assuming DPN5 cert

Agree with Telectrix what form you filling in to record a High ZS with a tick?

Surely you should be recording the actual figure, coding it and be making recommendations.

Is this a periodic etc ?

If it is a new install waht sort of high ZS are we talking about ?

When you complete the paperwork for Initial Verification, you are signing to say that it complies with the current regs.
There is nothing to complete for a high Zs reading. There is a column on the generic schedule of test results under the heading "Test results" for entering your Zs reading, this is where you enter this result. However because this is Initial Verification, then this defect has to be corrected, and retested before the installation is put into service. 612.1 refers.
