Hi Guys. Just a quick one, How do you measure Zs values on a lighting circuit which has no CPC's. Thanks guys.
 
you don't. Zs readings are dependet on the cpc. Zs= Ze+(R1+R2). you don't have an R2 so you can't measure Zs

either that or put N/A. don't forget to fix label on CU stating "NO CPC ON LIGHTING CIRCUIT" and note it on your cert. make sure that there are no metal fittings or switches. and that the switch pins screw into non-conductive lugs and don't bottom out on the back box .

It depends I take it your not installing it new, or adding to it as you wouldn't be able to with like that, so your doing a PIR in which case it would need to be marked down as a code deviation code 2 I think but maybe a 1 not to sure but defo a big bad deviation.

Unless none of the lights require a cpc class 2 fittings in which case there should be a sticker on the CU notifying of this I believe.
