Zs, Ze, Zl

Hi all, has anybody else come across Zl? I'm a spark for 25 years, and recently come across Zl instead of Zs in a text book.
The only referance I can find to Zl is when the circuit is fed from a relay, but when looking up the maximum values permitted, they are the same as in the regs (Tables 41.2, 41.3, 41.4). I dont believe this to be a misprint or typo, as its in referance book from a very well known techical council and referance is made to it a few times.

Zl is inductor resistance, so in a relay it would be the switching coil.

Are you certain it wasn't Z1 which refers to the impedance of the first parallel conductor of a system?

I'm going to be talking to the tech people (RECI) here in Ireland on Monday. From what I can gather, I'm to assume that Zl is the same as Zs. I'll post here on Monday what the Regulation body say on Monday.
