About to buy a flat - should these electrics be condemned?
So I'm about to buy my first flat in a 1970's purpose built block. I do have a sparky coming to look over it next week but wanted to get some other opinions first - a friend has told me he thinks it will need a full rewire (eek!) What do you think: -
