2 gang light switch with timers for LED lights

Pretty much as the title says. I installed a couple of LED downlights in a porch in place of one traditional bulb today and the clients 20 ish year old timer didn't like the LED's lights and instead of turning them off it "pulsed them"

So I'm on the hunt for a replacement switch or a solution for the "pulsing".
