There's another thread on here about installing a low-power shower circuit, one of those which uses hot and cold supplies and has pump. Here's a step-by-step pictorial guide to just such a thing...and just in case anyone reading this is tempted to follow suit DON'T!

First of all, make sure you have a handy double socket in the hall outside the bathroom, and just ignore the now redundant FCU.
Then, drill a hole through the wall and insert some flex, and put a plug on it, for inserting into the aforementioned socket. Don't use the cord-grip, obviously.

Step 2, conceal the flex, along with another one, in a bit of decorative trunking glued to the tiled wall in the bathroom

Step 3
Install a surface mounted double socket, upside down, in the bathroom cupboard, attach a plug to the end of the flex, and plug it in.

Step 4> Run a bit of T&E from the upside down socket to an FCU, which is also upside down, and label it helpfully

Step 5: Carefully run a bit of T&E from the top, no sorry, bottom, of the FCU, round the cupboard, taking care not to disturb other existing wiring which is hanging in free air to assist its rating
