IS HE STILL IN THE STOCKADE ,LOL.;)

So trying to brink the thread back on track for my buddy @DPG .

"Who's gone then? Spin, Charlie, Murdoch. Anyone else?"

Not seen sparkychick about mulch (doing the spelling thing for buzzoid), perhaps she’s cheesed cake off with spoons.

The Doch is back September. I referred him to Yin Yang sensory garden. Coolieo :)

That’s better, Buzz... Hugh, Pugh, Barney McGrew.... um..... dipsy, la la and po???

You kinda miss SC when she’s not here.
The washings not been done.
The dishes haven’t been done.
The ironing... the hoovering.....
We’ve all been eating takeaways for a week cos no one knows where the pans are kept.

I’m only joking @SparkyChick ! Don’t kick me out!

I'm still here, just not had much to talk about on the electrical front and I'm busy geeking out when I'm not sparking :)

I used to be a software engineer, but my last software job destroyed my passion for it and nearly destroyed me. Earlier this year I felt like I was ready to get back in to it so I'm working on some game projects I've been wanting to work on for ages and I'm loving it, the downside it takes time but I still keep logging in and keeping my eye on what's going on :)

Plus a quite a bit of time recently has been taken up with getting jobs written up for my NVQ3 (completed the exams, smashed the AM2 at Christmas and now just have the portfolio to do - then I can, according to some at least, call myself an electrician :D)

I spoke to murdoch a while back, he is cheesed off at the fact there is a serious lack of sparks on here and too much bad advice, unless he has had a re think I doubt he will post much now, especially under the new rules

What makes a really good electrician ? I'd suggest you need to be totally conversant with all relevant regs, produce work of a consistently high quality standard, be a very good communicator, highly literate and also possess a friendly and patient nature-sometimes the patience of a saint, the ability to be assertive but not aggressive when dealing with idiots and/or awkward characters and total honesty/integrity. Well that's me described. :)
