PEFC is measured with the earthing conductor connected to the means of earthing. The reason it is disconnected when carrying out the Ze is so parallel paths are not included in the test. Are you doing the Am2 at Culham?

Test between live conductors and live conductors and earth. If the cpc is not connected to the means of earthing then the test is not being carried out between live conductors and “Earth”. :)
A decent crimper for the RJ45 plugs is important. One of the jobs i was on the QS bought these cheapo ones and we had endless problems with the connections not crimping properly.
I use this one and it is decent.
