    The 13 Amp fuse is there to protect the cable not the cooker circuit. Your cooker/oven should have a breaker in the CU.

    Not with the current regs,it will not comply.You would have to drive a new earth electrode down.

    Thank you for that,nice. Non-statutory, yes but you can be prosecuted by refering to them hence the reason we have to be updated on them whenever there is a change.
