The scissor lift is isolated by the wheels, construction sites are getting H&S mad with steps etc. When you arrive on site, your own steps will be inspected, and issued with a inspection badge. This will need to be inspected every week and issued with new badge.

Its a shame we can't ban the H+S nuts from the sites rather than our traditional tried and tested means of access

Whatever was wrong with standing on a forklift with your metal, class whatever diy step ladder balanced precariously on the forks of the machine with outstretched arms, your mate hanging on to your overalls to deny you the thrill of hitting the deck from 20 feet,------- one and all lol

The next thing I expect some H+S numpty will ban the use of stanley knives for stripping swa or something just as stupid

H&S.... A spread told me on one site he was drinking his tea and the numpty came over and said you cant drink that with sugar in it because it attracts rats... So he threw it at the wall and shouted "FFS" and left the site
