I've had a few different hardhats but have yet to find one that really is comfortable enough to wear all day....
Any recommendations?
Looking at scott 600 and the evolite range at the moment!

I had a diamond V and was very nice.
Problems was with the safety glasses, the helmet pushed the arm in and it dug in a bit
Also the head band I think needs washing, feels like grit has gotten on it
So keep your helmet nice and clean and don't get purple colour one

Nah sorry pal, basically I have only ever had the cheap white type which most companies make you wear on site, I expect most of the others here have only worn the same type.

I always remember the first time a company supplied me with a hardhat......

I think the design was based on some kind of torture device,

I actually had blisters and hard lumps appear where the bloody thing dug in!

Agony to wear for more than an hour!

I found out they only cost ÂŁ1.50 from a wholesalers and always bought my own since then!

Any serious recommendations????.............

Sorry adexlab we kind of took your serious question on a comical tangent, the ones I used to get had a padded comfy wrap over the plastic head straps. I can't name any brand but I never had any issue with them except they can get a bit sweaty in hot weather but it makes sure no one pinches your hat.

Not sure if your allowed to wear bump caps, but some of them look pretty good, I suppose it depends on the site your working on
