if you mean rewireable fuses, then no. but you should consider upgrading the fusebox to a modern MCB and RCD protected unit.

pointless having fuses in that, it's not connected to anything.unless it's a new-fangled wireless jobby.

The only tools you need are your hands, using anything else will likely lead to breaking the carrier.
Sometimes they do get a bit stuck if they’ve been in place for a long time, but a bit of up and down wiggling should shift them.

Just remember to pay attention to the label on the cover (which is missing from your pic) and turn the main switch off before pulling a fuse.
