And would cost over a hundred quid to replace them all - as Tel says - UPGRADE the CU or question why you are playing with your fuseboard so much!
 
If they're very tight to pull out then there's possibly another underlying problem because they're designed to be pulled by hand.
As already mentioned it would probably be a good idea to replace the CU with a more modern one that offers far better protection to the users of the installation.

You need a heavier tool bag to work your muscles if you can't pull those out.
 
you could use a pair of Moore@Wright steel spring calipers. engage the prongs into the small holes at top and bottom of fuse holder, wind the calipers in till they grip the brass bits you can just see through the holes, then pull. the resulting electric shock will throw you across the room, pulling the fuse out with you. :mad::mad::mad:.

Are you having to replace the fuse wire as it is blowing on regular bases on one particular circuit or is it due to a dexterity problem?

For that price you would have to use your danglies to pull them... make it worth it....
