waste of space.Yeah those quadsaws are cool but a bit expensive.

I've never tried these but I was trying to work out how it would work...Probably end up with a really messy oversized hole after using one one those.If you look at it theres no way that can actually even work

all thoseback boxcutters are useless on anything but plasterboard. and even then they take 10 x as long as a padsaw.
for brick, i stitch drill with a 7mm or 8mm sds bit, then whack in a sds scutch chisel.Sure, strictly plasterboards usage.
But if already on the topic, any tools or technique you would recommend for brickwork?
