We have some CHILLER SYSTEM event start for first time use water 700 TDS and than stoped for few month leter,
we worry at the isntalation piping and chiller tube will be rust and cholride in stainless the tube,
so, how to we keeping for and chemical should be used for that. thanks

Stainless steel never rust and chemicals don’t hurt it
 
That installation, whatever it is, looks very new. I would like to believe that the manufacturers and installers responsible for it would also know how to operate, maintain and advise you accordingly.

Yes but this one's in a basement beneath an industrial laundrette. The original installation crew are no longer contactable.
 
Not just for conduit.

Control panels etc.. 316 grade stainless is most common, but will rust if scratched heavily, an will corrode rapidly if the environment contains ammonia.

You guys do have stainless conduit, but I must admit it was difficult to procure on a project I needed it on. In fact, it was cheaper for me to ship lengths from Germany with the machine than buy locally in CA

Well Rob I learned something new today being a master Electrician and been doing this work for 32 years and I never knew we had stainless conduit

Nothing is cheap in California
