LED Flame-bulb >>> X-10 (In)compatibility?

A Holiday emergency! ? I purchased LED flame-bulbs

for my outside light-fixtures. But instead of "flickering"...

They just pulse on/off. ? I'm thinking the problem may be caused by the X-10

switches that control the bulbs?

Help? ?

use the x-10 to control a relay
let the relay power the lamps instead of the x-10.

Are you saying... Instead of activating the flame-bulb from the wall-switch, send an X-10 signal to the wall-switch to activate the bulb?

the X-10 would likely use a semi conductor to switch on your light,
(this is the problem) it is not compatible with the electronics in the flame bulb.
so use the x -10 to control a relay and use this relay to switch on the flame bulb.
