Discuss Wylex Compatibility in the Electrical Tools and Products area at ElectriciansForums.net
Yea I suspect its a PEP board (premium electrical products) with a 100ma wylex slung upfront, which is kinda correct given its TT as I see a lot of metal dual rcd boards on TT with no 100mA upfront, but I bet its not time delay, and obviously it's wrong brand. @OP PEP do do rcbos so that's probably going to be your route if your keeping that enclosure and get a PEP main switch back in it, can only see them on ebay from a quick look thoughI agree with @suffolkspark that doesn't look like Wylex. The cover door looks too big, the embossed ON/OFF and CE mark is not a Wylex thing and the cover screws are off centre.
Oh yea thats all I can see too, if the fault can't be found then it's rip it out and bin it i guessJust found a 10A rcbo on eBay but seem as rare as hens teeth.
Don't think that's a Wylex enclosure. It's a PEP enclosure. Ive only ever seen one once and that was on EICR a few week back.. Funny enough that had a few mixed mcbs too.Not sure if that would be permitted as it’s a wylex enclosure?
It’s very annoying how Wylex keep changing all the parts so they are not backwards compatible every 5 years or so. It’s mainly why I don’t use them!
