Hi guys/gals,

Had a message from an old customer from my old firm whos having problems with their stat.
They have 3 electric ufh using the same model and 2 work fine, but this one doesn't.
She said my old boss has been back, replaced unit and still not working. Unit only shows room temp.
Unit is mounted outside bathroom with only a floor probe.
I didnt wire them up to begin with (knew I was leaving 😂) so I said I'd look at it, but didn't know if anyone had experienced anything similar and what the fix was, as I'd just be manual reading tbh as wiring wise it's only supply in, load out and temp probe.

TL;DR
Stat only reads room temp but doesn't work

You can change it to floor temp mode in the settings. So it shows floor temp on the display instead of room temp. It’s all in the manual. Takes 2 mins to do.

I’ve fitted loads of these and never had one fail.
