Just found these and intend to frame them in the office!!

So long as you do not start to follow them!

Things were simpler once methinks.

Just 2 pages for the entire regs.. A wishful thought!

I like point 10.. The employment of gas or water pipes as conductors for the purpose of completing the circuit should in no case be allowed.
 
i do like the splice though
with solder you would need a tractor to pull it apart LoL.
i was given a wiring book based on the nec codes back in the late 60's
a bit of lite reading but tha bad part was the book has a slightly musty odor
(must have been damp at one time or another)

You want to see some of the crap that’s still OK in some states of the good old USofA?

The soldered joints are breach, married, britannia and scarf. I was taught how to do them all.
