anybody had any problems with these people mainly installers who say there a fault with the cooker circuit, I was called to a property to check a missing neutral turns out everything was fine after doing checks so left property stating and assuring the tenant everything was fine 30 minutes later I was called back to the property asking to discuss the problem with there installer I said there's no problem I turned up at the property and asked what the problem was he showed me an handheld martindale wander lead tester there's a flashing read light at the top the tester marez650 anybody familiar with this anyway I said you don't need to concern your self with that as that's above your scope and since its reading through an rcbo this maybe inaccurate anybody got any comment on this many thanks mrbrian

His tester was telling him that the EFLI was too high.
Presumably your test showed it to be OK.

Hi there that's the one he was using he connected it across the cooker terminals I always thought that would cause external influences especially if you tested a ring circuit with a wm, dishwasher, freezer etc inductive loads affecting the reading
