This is supplying a small commercial set up. SWA is only 16mm and the isolator is rated at 100A. Earth cable between MET and SWA is only 10mm.
How would you code it? Having a brain fart and thought I'd seek other opinions.

Poor workmanship certainly the Swa needs proper protection KMF 60 amp
2Core not ideal the armouring, when terminated correctly, may be sufficient for CPC, but not for Main Bonding Protective Conductor😎

I’d say there’s been a proper set up before… with the gland into a box.. seeing that there’s a shroud there.

Also old screw holes in the back board suggested there’s been old equipment removed…. Like an older style meter.

Agree on C2 for unsheathed cables…. It may be in a lockable enclosure ( hopefully it’s got a door and is lockable!) but it’s available to untrained personnel to open up and read the meter.

The unsheathed cables are definitely a C2.
The lack of overcurrent and fault protection is a C2 as well.
The G/Y cable may be OK. It depends on what the earthing system is in the commercial unit.
