Can someone please point me in the direction of a time/current characteristics of a D type 20A MCB and the chart has to be from a manufacturer.

I have looked on most of the manufacture's websites such as Wylex, hagger, crabtree etc. but they only give current as a multiple of rated current. I want to compare the D type 20A MCB with a 125A MCCB. The MCCB chart I have shows the time and current but I cannot seem to find the D type 20A MCB with just the current. Thanks.

I think you will find that since the characteristics of the MCB are determined by the current multiple of In all the charts will be as multiples, I would suggest you just multiply the number you have by 20 and use the chart as it is.
If you want to determine discrimination then you would need a discrimination table from the manufacturer of the parts (they normally only compare their own makes) something like this
