Fixed issues with dropdowns not working (hopefully).

Some users have reported the dropdowns (for polarity, RCD operation and AFDD operation) not working properly in the version posted 2019-01-01. This update hopefully fixes this issue.

18th Edition update to Generic Schedule of Test Results

This version is derived from the Generic Schedule of Test Results in BS 7671:2018 (18th Edition). Previous versions were to BS 7671:2008+A3(2015).

Typo correction (trating -> rating)

Thanks to @diditrain for flagging the typo :)

Schedule of Test Results: editable PDF based on IET Model form - extra option on RCD test button

It occurred to me that there should be an option of a "X" as well as a "√" or an "N/A" on the RCD test button fields, for when you are using the test sheet with an EICR and you come across an RCD whose test button doesn't work.
