Also by coincidence both the cut out and meter also have 2 screw terminals, it's the CUs that often only have a single screw for connection of the load tails.
I wonder who is going to break the seals on the cut out and meter and remove the fuse in order to install the load tails and KMF unless there is already a double pole isolator fitted.

The only one I know is manufactured by Siemens and no longer used.
The right cover when removed exposes the load terminals (there is normally an additional clear plastic cover over the terminal screws but unsurprisingly missing on this one) The switch is a single pole only.
