    There’s little chance those ring circuits are going to pull over 80 amps after diversity, why not have a 20a radial upstairs, 20a radial downstairs and a ring for kitchen?     Sure the pic from the Op shows Wylex NSB which are pretty much readily available in either rcbo or mcb, if not still could have fitted a small dinrail enclosure to house a couple of Rcbos

    First post on this site, If this was a flat on a floor other than GF, code 3, if on GF, code 2 as it should have been installed to the 16yh edition. For the cost the spark in question could have fitted RCbo’s to the socket outlet circuits, carried out all retests and issued certs to cover the work
