I would probably still use something like a debox for your downlight connections so that you have somewhere to terminate your earth cables, unless your downlights have an earth terminal?
Far to cheap, double that and you should be ok. Materials alone will be well over £100. Is this a new circuit if so plus the cost of mcb or rcbo depending on d/b.
Excellent thats the way I had planned on doing it. Both supplies are 3 phase and both currently being used. Single gas meter and water meter so maybe was one building the whole time.
