Well whilst i thought the same there was other angles bought up such as if its on a fire exit route etc etc.

When Installing A New Circuit To A Fairly Recently Installed DB (Plastic). Do You Have To Change The Consumer Unit To A New Metal Board - On Installation Certificate It Asks To Tick About Combustible Materials But Currently Having A Debate With Colleague.

Why does it try to give you the value of 16KA in the drop down box for prospective fault current. Has anybody else come across this or do they know the reason why? I always put my measured value in but still would like to know the reason they try to give you the above value.
If anyone could give advice on which crimpers they think are worth getting as mine are now knackered and I am not to sure on what to replace with!?
