Unsure. First time I’ve had dealings with such systems so forgive me I’m not particularly clued up.
I’ve attached some shots of the settings here. Perhaps you could tell me if this is what you might expect?
I’ve just tested the powerline adapter adjacent to the NVR -
Initial Result:
I noticed I’d plugged the NVR power source directly into the power line adapter. I swapped this with the camera power supply and gained an improvement.
Performance when viewing through the app is generally improved...
Looking for some assistance. I installed a cctv system a few months ago. Worked ok to start with but now it’s basically impossible to access live view via the HiLook app. Playback of recordings / activation events always freezes too.
Setup is as follows:

Hi all,
I'm looking to install a basic (2 or 3 camera) home CCTV system. Having done some research I gather a lot of the wireless systems aren't the best and can be very expensive for what they are. Therefore I'm looking to install one (possible two) camera on the from of my property on the...

It is fed from the main board in the house which has RCD protection. I've attatched a photo of that.
Hi Guys, been reading for a while but never posted. Just after a bit of advice to check what I intend to do meets with current regulations.
I'm looking to add one extra Double Socket to my garage in my new build home.
The set up is as follows: garage detached from house so armoured cable...
