0.32ohms its a pme supply. i also tried it on another TN-S supply 0.62ohms. I tried 3 different installations with my tester today- Khan

The tester done seem to be a problem mate. Voltage has been done and was showing 230v between L-N at the supply. L-E + N-E no voltage- Khan

Hello all. Went to a property to give an certificate, it was an old ccu so. I recommended to install a new 17th edition board. All installed but when it came to testing tried to take a zs on sockets using my fluke tester it was coming out to be error 5, which means 1 of the conductors is not...- Khan

also what ever smoke alarms i install aico and dicon both all smokes i always use the test button never seem to be a problem ever, just tests and goes off no problem at all- Khan

i know chap i always use aico myself but the builder had supplied all materials, but however i dont think the moisture is such high that it can fry 2 smoke alarms. i know what you are saying the other 2 are perfect working as they should be but this one given problems i was thinking stress on...- Khan

I agree with what you are trying to say, but however all ourwork is to the BS7671, correct. So as the new amendment has come out this January2012 that should be the basic that we follow, remembering BS7671 and GN3 areboth non-statutory but GN3 is just a guidance note out work is to BS7671 so if...- Khan
